Ready to hang creatively and made using sustainable (FSC) plywood, artist Jess Hughes hand paints her distinct mackerel shoals with water-based, non-toxic decorative paints and varnish.

Using a palette of blues, greens, greys and pale yellows, no two mackerel are the same - each is a unique piece of art.

This price (£93) is for THREE mackerel (made from 15mm ply):

1 Large fish (each approx. 42cm x 8.5cm), made from 15mm ply
1 Medium fish (each approx. 29cm x 6.5cm), made from 15mm ply
1 Twister, made from 12mm ply 

Ready to hang individually on a saw-tooth frame hook.
 
The mackerel are available in four sizes: Large, medium, small and The Tiddler.
 
Inspired by childhood memories of fishing, poking, paddling and messing around in old boats.
